You have pivoted along with us and we are thankful for all of you. Seeing you and the children has been one of the greatest joys and highlights of 2021. We are so happy to see you every time you come. We look forward to seeing you in 2022.

Re-Opening Requirements from the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education states “Individuals must follow  federal testing  and quarantine requirements upon return from any international travel. Individuals over 12 years of age who are advised to quarantine or advised not to attend child care or EarlyON Programs are not permitted to attend EarlyON programs for 14 days following their return from travel.
While unvaccinated children under the age of 12 who traveled internationally with a fully vaccinated companion are exempt from federal quarantine, they are not permitted to return to childcare or EarlyON programs for 14 days following their return.

Physical Distancing Reminder During Indoor Programming Toronto Public Health has instructed us to
-maintain physical distance (at least six feet apart) at all times including singing
All adults and children are required to wash and/or sanitize their hands -upon arrival -before and after using sensory play activities such as playdough and art -before and after eating -after using the washroom, coughing, sneezing etc.
To help with this, hand sanitizer has been placed throughout the centre out of reach of children.
Toronto Public Health has advised us “If 2 or more children from different families have a play date with each other outside of the EarlyON setting, the children and their caregivers still have to physically distance from each other while in the EarlyON setting. A two meter/six feet distance should be maintained between staff, children and parents/caregivers. The reasoning for this is that even though the children may have a play date outside of the EarlyON setting, this exposure is much different from a household member exposure. Only household members are not required to isolate from each other while in the EarlyOn setting”. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everyone safe.

Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday season and good health in 2022.

With Thanks,
Jen, Peggy, and Ayisha
