At DCC-DTMS, our Program Staff (RECE) are thoughtful guides in a carefully prepared Montessori environment. Working closely with other team members, Educators support children as capable, curious learners by fostering independence, concentration, and a deep respect for themselves, others, and their surroundings. Each classroom is grounded in authentic Montessori principles and guided by observation, intentional planning, and responsive practice.
We are a collaborative, reflective community that values professional growth, mentorship, and consistency of care. Educators at DCC-DTMS are supported to bring their full expertise to their work while continuing to deepen their Montessori practice.
