The Human Resources Coordinator, working closely with the Bookkeeper/Payroll Coordinator, provides professional HR support across the organization, with a strong focus on labour relations, payroll administration, recruitment, and employment policy compliance. This role supports a unionized workforce and ensures HR practices align with legislative requirements, collective agreements, and organizational values.
